Note and taste has a lot of field corn smell, husk and all. Different of course from their Rye, but hints at the same spice, barrel oak and smoke. Generally rich smooth and full taste. Very pleasant warming sipper.

Nose has leather, Oak wood, vanilla. Taste of spice immediately, grassy, and a little tart apple. The spice and a pleasant sting of citrus peel lingers.
