Reviewed December 25, 2025 (edited December 26, 2025)Bottles has been opened for two weeks Nose: sweet brown sugar with barrel char, medicinal cherry, oak, dark fruits Palette: viscous luxardo cherry costs the tongue and just sits there, intesifying. Cherry cola comes mid palette, vanilla and oak on the back end, something like graham cracker as well, maybe marshmallow, very deep lies baking slice with some clove and cinnamon, so rich. The finish has more of the dark fruits and oak. 2024 GTS comparision Nose: sweet caramel, vanilla, rye spice, confectionery sugar Palette: very dry, raisin and fig, burnt brown sugar, molasses, spearmint on the back end with oaky tannins lingering. Not as complex as the 2025, but well balanced, full flavor, solid oak -

Reviewed December 23, 2025 (edited April 16, 2026)Nose: marshmellow, oak, some vanilla Palette: mildly sweet up front but still has a cola flavor, some marshmellow, some honey, subtle oak in the finish. Still very good. Dark fruits, some cherry. -
Nose: bottle opened for two weeks. Toostie roll and dark fruit, sweet chocolate, Palette: sweet cola, candy corn, bright with some herbal notes, sweet oak and vanilla in the finish. More of that cherry cola and oak in the finish which lasts a long time. Compared to 12 yr: Nose: marshmellow, oak, some vanilla Palette: mildly sweet up front but still has a cola flavor, some marshmallow, some honey, subtle oak in the finish. Still very good. Dark fruits, some cherry.

Nose: cedar and graham cracker, some herbal tones, oily, slightly nutty Palette: visocity costs the tongue with sweet cotton candy, cola starts to come in, warm vanilla, mid palette has that baking spice graham cracker flavor, some rye spice on the back, vanilla, more of that cola, long finish that changes flavor, sweet to savory. Very good. Cola lingers long Compared to 9 year: this bottle has been opened for a year Nose: citrus, vanilla, caramel Palette: not as viscous or sweet as the 10, chicory with slight cola, slight marshmellow and citrus on the back end, might be the rye spice. Finish medium length

Reviewed December 19, 2025 (edited December 29, 2025)Nose: grainy, some caramel, herbal Palette: viscous buy very minty, like pepermint candy canes. Undertones of caramel, vanilla, that goldschlager cinnmon, finish lingers and has good tannins, cinnamon lingers. Compared to handy 2025 Nose: buttery, butterscotch, vanilla Palette: less cinnamon, more flavor, oaky, vanilla, tannins, much nicer. -

Reviewed December 19, 2025 (edited January 4, 2026)Nose is not as prominent, butterscotch, subtle mint Palette: sweet peanut and chicory, subtle vanilla, but more grainy than the sazerac. Finish is long and sweet with spearmint, caramel, subtle tannins. Almost snickerdoodle-ish Compared to sazerac 18, the saz is more oily, flavorful, oaky, easier to drink -
Deep copper in color Nose: so floral. Sweet mint, sweet oak, subtle cedar, bubblegum Palette: orange oil up front, like a sweet bubblegum that turns to mint up front. Tannins are very present, some peanut brittle and caramel, oil coats the tongue, more citrus in the finish which is very long and inviting. Comparison handy 2025 Nose is not as prominent, butterscotch, subtle mint Palette: sweet peanut and chicory, subtle vanilla, but more grainy than the sazerac. Finish is long and sweet with spearmint, caramel, subtle tannins.
