Bottled on 7/25/24 bottle 39, 106.6 Sauternes finished Nose: chocolate, maple syrup, slight marshmallow, raisin and fig, oat. Palette: espresso and mocha, strong malt character. Licorice and maple syrup. Figgy, slight mint.

Nose: pine, graham cracker, brown sugar, lemon Palette: sweet floral tones, grain forward, not spicy, dry finish with oak, cacao, sweet mint then leads out the finish

113 proof, chocolate, sweet dry nuttiness, slight white pepper, coffee, dry sweet finish

Nose: salted caramel, char, jammy Palette: sweet up front with a standard Wyoming raisin backbone. Past thet, tea leaf, mint, some char, then fig and oak carey the long finish

Nose: sweet rye, sweet oak, floral Palette: sweet spearmint, heavy flavor, very floral, well balanced, spicy finish with more oak.

6 year old, floor 4, rack 3, 110 proof Nose: sweet brown sugar, vanilla, slight spice Palette: sweet up front, oak, cinnamon, maple syrup finish, more tannins.

Osw: strong spearmint, underneath some hay and citrus, grain forward. Palette: slight brown sugar with more spearmint, oily, grain notes with a sugary backbone. Not too spicy, but more sweet.

Nose: boack peoper tequila Palette: honey nut cheerios and cinnamon toast crunch!
