    Peak smoke and lemon on the nose. Bold arrival but not harsh. Nice oily mouth feel. Wood, vanilla and pears swirl around. Fiery burst at the end. With water and time, tart lemon begins to assert itself throughout a very long finish.

    This one is hard for me to take apart as the blending of flavors is so complete. Fruit, iodine, smoke, pepper and finishing off with wisps of peat smoke. Tastes like Talisker, which is a very good thing.

    A nose like old band-aids, but in a good way. Crisp peat and oak on the nose and in the arrival. Lots of heat in this one, but mellows with some water...but not too much. The heat (46% ABV) works well with the peat, so neat is an option. Spicy finish. Enjoy the smoky burn!

    Bright and lemony nose. Great coating mouth feel with a pleasant amount of heat in the middle. Finishes with lemons giving way to more cereal, honey and wood. A nice salty note at the end.

    Hot, needs lots of water but still fiery. It seems like a young whisky. Sweet Barly with a pleasant sherry note. Short, slightly peppery finish. A bit disappointed in this one. I'll finish it off and make room for something else.

    Sweet smoke, seaweed and vanilla on the nose. Creamy vanilla, maple syrup and nutty toffee on the palette. Sweet, savory and a bit bitter into the finish. Long, sweet and spicy finish with a distinct anise note. 46.3%, no color added and un-chillfiltered — what more could you ask for?

    Hot alcohol arrival, enjoyable sweet and sour notes. Pineapple notes show up in the middle along with some sour apple, oak and shortbread. Sweet finish with a little smoke swirling around. Oily and coating mouth feel. 46% and non-chill filtered. Fresh and satisfying.
