unexpectedly mildew taste. not sure if it was a bad cork or bad drum but these were sold in glass sampler tubes with metal twist cap

the most delicate whiskey I've ever tasted. Floral and sweet but not overwhelming. Definitely an everyday drink or good palate starter for more complex scotch

this reminds me of a non peated cragganmore with the sweet biscuit flavor. This has more spice like clove or cinnamon

nose is butterscotch with taste of freshly baked bread and butterscotch and clove. subtle spearmint from the rye. it's like bread at Christmas. rich, oily mouth feel. short finish
