Wow, just wow. Nose is full of barrel, leather, and cherry notes with a tiny splash of vanilla. Palate doesn't disappoint on those notes either, and I find that the cherry comes out more when enjoying over ice. You'll be hard pressed to find a better bourbon at this price point

Nose is a wonderful blend of floral, shortbread, and a hint of coconut. The palate matches the nose to a tee, and I find a bit of water brings the coconut forward even more. A fantastic, complex pot still Irish whiskey worth seeking out

Sweet toffee and vanilla notes on the nose, with plenty more honey/vanilla sweetness on the palate. Smooth, with some lingering woody/peaty notes and a sneaky bite at the end. A tad overpriced for what it is, but definitely interesting

True to the name: nose and palate are all sugary sweetness and peanut butter. I found it best in cocktails, esp a white Russian variant. Not bad over ice but a bit simple

Perfect blend of buttery shortbread and vanilla in the nose and palate, with some dark fruit notes lingering. A great introduction into Irish whiskey

Perfect daily driver bourbon, a great blend of vanilla/tobacco/leather flavors. Prefer on the rocks but stands up neat as well.

Heavy notes of banana, with more subtle vanilla and cinnamon notes. Disappears in ice/water

Hints of vanilla and caramel in the nose. Plenty to enjoy in the palate: tobacco, caramel, and some minor woody notes. If you can find it for under a bill it's worth the hype in my opinion
