Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Rye
Rye — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed May 22, 2026 (edited May 29, 2026)Really happy with the entire experience of this bottle. Nose is full, sweet and spicy, and the taste mimics this well. Very strong, bold flavors, well managed with the 58 percent proof. Wish there was an even higher proof.65.0 USD per Bottle -
WhistlePig 6 Year PiggyBack Rye
Rye — (bottled in) Vermont, Canada
Reviewed May 22, 2026 (edited June 4, 2026)A quintessential rye whiskey within the whiskey community. The flavor is really tasty, and the nose is really nice. I don't like the texture, it feels quite thin and a little incomplete. I think I need to give the 10yr a try, and maybe the juice will be more fleshed out.Total Wine & More -
Pretty solid whiskey. The double oaked really comes through, but the rye spice flavor drinks much less like a traditional rye and more like a bourbon with some rye. I like te punchiness of the whiskey, and I think it drinks like a higher proof% than it actually is. Nice whiskey.70.0 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More

This bottle is made by Total Wine and is total wine exclusive. For the incredibly low price and decent proof, I thought I should give it a go for things like whiskey and coke. This whiskey tastes absolutely terrible. No flavor, and the flavor that is there tastes like oily ethanol with an awful aftertaste. On the bright side -tastes totally great in a whiskey and coke.18.0 USD per Bottle
