Tried this at the whisky extravaganza. Very innovative approach for Balcones taking on blue corn. It releases notes of caramel, vanilla, and of course corn.

Tried this at the whisky extravaganza. Tastes very similar to the estate cask with notes of vanilla, bananas, bubble gum, and floral notes, but tastes more like whisky than its younger counterpart.

Tried this at the whisky extravaganza. This has fruity notes, notes of caramel, chocolate, bacon, and tobacco spice. With the exception of a few, most of my ratings from whisky extravaganza event will be n/a rated as there were too many to try to get a good taste/opinion on it.

Amazing juice. Has layers of sweetness, spiciness, and smokiness from notes of caramel, vanilla, cherries, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and Barrel char.
