One explosive PX sherry bomb with an amazingly dark color and notes of dates, chocolate, toffee, cherries, vanilla, figs, sultanas, and pepper.

Very nice with notes of vanilla, raspberries, raisins, chocolate, orange, cherry, passion fruit, mango, oak, strawberries, pepper, and floral notes.

Not as good as Yoichi 15 but still great stuff with a nose of Chocolate Covered Cherries, Floral, Toffee, Citrus, and Almonds, a palate of Malt, Smoke, Raisins, Dark Chocolate, and Pepper, and a finish of Apricot, Citrus, Sherry, Chocolate, and floral notes.

A blend of 1999 and 2000 vintages bottled in 2012 from 77 European Oak Sherry Casks. This is my first time ever trying a Karuizawa and it was very well worthy of the try with a nose of Chocolate, Toffee, Cherry, Sherry, Apricot, Floral, Apricot, Vanilla, and Almonds, a palate of Rum Raisins, Pepper, Chocolate, Hazlenuts, and Rubber, and a finish of Cherry, Chocolate, Raspberry, Pepper, Raisins, and Toasted Barley.
