Bottle #2967, 109 Proof. Sweet nose, oily smooth mouthfeel and a warm cinnamon finish. Excellent! Purchased at the distillery. 01/21/23 - Finished this bottle tonight; still amazing! Wonder sweetness, viscous mouthfeel and just the right amount of heat on the finish. Recommend picking one up! It’s on my shopping list for my next trip to Bardstown!

Have loved this one forever! Fantastically sweet on the nose, velvet on the palate and the spicy hug you’d expect from a rye.

Really enjoyed this one! Nick’s contribution to the July 4th campout at McCormick’s Creek. Sweet on the nose, and the usual carmel, vanilla, burnt sugar on the palate. Nice finish as well. Worth having around at all times!

Pretty solid pour. Colin brought this one to our share a bourbon camping trip. His bottle was a bit more patriotic than the standard, covered in the Stars and Stripes, perfect for our July 4th weekend!

Excellent! Sweet on the nose, with an earthy element in the flavor. A bit of smoky-char as well. Picked this up on the KBT. Had a personal tour with Dave the owner. He shared a taste of the Premium OCD, and signed all of our bottles, 8 all together!! 12/21/22 - Still excellent! Less of the char tonight, more sweetness. Warm medium length finish. 3/29/23 - Repurchased @ the distillery.

Smooth sipper 7/29/22 - Got to taste this again as part of our distillery tour. Still excellent at cask strength.

Okay, probably best with a mixer or possibly in a cocktail. Nothing special neat. Didn’t get to visit, so got this one off the shelf at a Kroger in Frankfort during our KBT trip!
