Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Smells like crème brûlée. Vanilla and pepper also on the nose. Rum cask on front palate followed by peppery spice and some heat throughout. Medium finish and smooth for a high proof.

Highly enjoyable and I am not really a "finished" bourbon or rye taster. I LOVE absinthe with that licorice note and that is what makes it really enjoyable for me.

Nose is vanilla and raisin. Cinnamon aftertaste followed by dried fruit

This is smooth, sweet, and only mildly peppery.
