Reviewed November 19, 2024Another one I don't quite get the hype for. It's definitely a tasty rum and well worth trying, but it's definitely not worthy of many top 10 lists.32.77 GBP per Bottle -

Reviewed May 16, 2024 (edited September 6, 2024)Nose: molasses, vanilla, hazelnut, wood, hints of fruit Taste: reflects the nose It has a dulled funky, fruit nose thats typically more prominent with Jamaican rums. Thats substituted but the elegant barrel notes that come from the longer age. Overall, a very well balanced and tasty rum. Great on its own or in cocktails -

Reviewed January 1, 2024 (edited September 26, 2024)Gives an older impression than the 15 year, more cask influence. Accordingly, the ratio pot/collumn is different. Shows one's more that with rum different ages does not mean that the rum is otherwise the same. I prefer the 15, more nuanced, subtle, less overt oak.
