Nose: fruity, slightly sweet Palate: cardamom, spicey, citrus Finish:warm, slightly bitter

👃: syrup, fruity, and woody notes 👅: peaty, pepper, and slightly more subtle syrup notes 🏁: just a tiny bit spicy and a hint of smoke, very smooth

Light color. A bit harsh but fruit comes through.

Nose is floral and wonderful on both cork and out the neck. In the glass nose goes harder, meaner - peat. Off the bat its peat but not overpowering, some nice spice - cool. Different. Add ice and it gets sweeter, obviously, and it’s approachable no matter the format. Good, cool, and a unique aspect. Smoke lingering.

A noter que la batch degustée est le 10.22:04. Nez de tourbe, cuir neuf, air salin et légèrement mentholé. En bouche ces saveurs sont equilibrées par des notes de caramel, poivre blanc et malt caramelisé. Comme jeune whisky d'une toute jeune maison, la qualité est indeniable!

Light peat aroma, very subtle. Peat flavors are more apparent on the tongue, but they are much more balanced than the punch of something like Ardbeg. Richness carries the smoke along with other stronger flavors, approaching barbecue. very well blended, super enjoyable.

A absolutely wonderful nose! Sweet fruit swimming in a smooth smoke that is gorgeous in the flavor. Brilliant young scotch distillery that will make insanely good whsiky as they age! Distillery watch on this one!
