Balcones Baby Blue

On the nose it reminds me of some corn new make that I have. It smells young. I get whiffs off cotton candy sweetness and buttered popcorn. The whisky is oily on the tongue, which I like, and decently rounded. Sweet and not hot at all. It finishes the same but with a lingering caramel corn.

Very smooth, light flavor. I like it!

Bananas and butterscotch on the nose and relatively soft on the palate. This pretty tasty considering it’s a 100% corn whisky

This is unique. Not in a bad way, in a tasty way. It’s better than Mellow Corn, that is 100% for sure. It’s pretty sweet, which is what I find approachable. Not burny, not a lingering taste either. Just an easy pleasant supper.
