Deep ruddy copper. Lots of speedy legs. Nose is Rich with sweetness, chocolate, syrup and faint smoke and leather.
Big mouthfeel... Leaves a great deal of action behind. Ripe fruit, a bit of chocolate, salted caramel and cream.
This really is a terrific value. There's lots of interesting stuff going on, it's unique, and stands on its own.
Nose: apricots and peaches. Milk chocolate. Lemon grass and raw honey, vanilla
P: strawberries and lemon, chocolate covered fruit like pineapple, banana bread; pepper, cinnamon and oak follow, balcones toffee/brittle finish
Well rounded and even, this would be great for double the price, for $35 it's amazing

Little bit lighter than the Texas Single Malt (which is one of my favorites). Suprisingly drinkable, even in warm weather. Light but flavorful. Very good for the price point.
