Basil Hayden Subtle Smoke (2022 Release)

Immediate hickory nose with misquete elements. A definite step up from regular Basil Hayden. Taste has strong wood notes but not in a bad way. Finish is short but very pleasant.

The nose is Sweet at first, but quickly moves to a hickory smoke. Body is sweet but the Smoky mesquite, almost barbecue profile, comes to the forefront. It's almost a bit fake tasting, rounded with marshmallow fluff.
