Quite nice entry Scotch.
Honey, apples, malt, vanilla, oats and baking spices on the nose. It’s balanced, full and creamy on the palate, almost has the feel of an Irish whiskey, with honey, apricots and malt notes. Short finish with mild bitterness, honey, malt-o-meal, hints of tropical fruits and baking spices.
Hits a sweet spot for me. Seriously crushable.
N: Lemon and lavender with a tap of apple. Very soft on the nose.
P: Depth in flavors but this is soft mellow easy drinking. Citrus and floral.
F: Short easy green apple peel.
Pub night flight brought back from Scotland by my friend.
Water added a little honey to nose and palate.
Quite fruity. It is light on the palette, with a spicy end. All things considered, this tastes a lot like a classic Speyside. This lovely liquid is also quite fruity on the nose with a hint of cereal. I usually enjoy Speyside drams a lot, and this was one of the better ones I have tried.
