Rich, sweet, with gentle notes of peat. Definitely worth the price.

Probably 6th dram. bottle nose is weak. First pour nose is always sweet especially at front of nose. larger deeper nose on first pour reveals slight peat. let it settle and it's Woody. swirl and it's sweet. first taste is sweet. every single one after that tastes peaty to me which is why I'm not enjoying this whisky as much. the peaty was meant to be in the background but it very easily comes to the forefront and overpower that fruity sweetness. always rich though
