Tasted August 10, 2022Proof shows out immediately with a sharp burn down the hatch. Underneath however you can find buttered biscuits, thick salted maple syrup, vanilla icing and hot cinnamon which overtake the palate. Mouthfeel is incredible. Really coats it with oil. Savory smoked bacon hits along the way. Reminds me of a country breakfast on a Sunday morning with a Cinnabon side. Finish is long with more spicy cinnamon, oak char, cherries and some peppermint. Fantastic bourbon and well worth the hunt.130.0 USD per Bottle -

Tasted January 29, 2022Amazing. Best in a tasting of 5 different Bookers batches. Round mouthfeel, long lingering oak tannin finish. -

Tasted May 5, 2021Really like how much wood this pour gives off in nose and finish - it drinks hot and spicy with the spearmint and cinnamon at first but cools off and gives way to the vanilla, caramel, and more big woody notes on the back end. Long finish that is comprised of more woody notes than just Oak which is interesting and appreciated.69.0 USD per BottleHill Top Liquor -

Tasted December 30, 2020I’ve tried this one a few times out of a glencairn and felt lost every time as to what others were getting in every aspect. Every time I mostly got charred oak and spice with not much more. Tried it tonight in a rocks glass and it made all the difference, I can now see where the hype is coming from.
