Booker's Bourbon Batch 2021-02 "Tagalong Batch"

Big dusty peanut shell, marshmallow, orange peel on the nose. On the palate peanut brittle, cherry, hot burn. With water I think it gets more peanutty and musty. I liked it better without water and hot. It's good bourbon, but I'm not crazy about this one overall though. I think the big peanut flavor isn't my favorite. Still grateful to have had a sample, thanks to @Bourbon_Obsessed_Lexington

Strong bite up front, mellows into sweet. Rich and deep wood taste

Nosw: sweet pine, caramel Palette: brown sugar, sweet nutty notes, some caramel, some earthy tones in there as well. Not very tannic on the finish, but well balanced. There are some cedar notes thet shine through the longer you sip.
