Reviewed May 12, 2021Sherry and Peat is a good marriage, Nose: the sherry and the smoke in the first place, Malabar bubblegum, oranges citrus, black grape, green melon, chocolate. Palate: creamy fudge, chocolate and smoke, dark fruits. Reminds me the Bowmore deep and complex. Nice one ! -

Reviewed January 19, 2021 (edited April 8, 2021)GLASS: Glencairn Whiskey Glass NOSE: Apple pie by a campfire. PALATE: Smoky salinity leads off with a balanced sweetness following. The flavor remains savory, never cloying. Very elegant and restrained. CONCLUSION: If Isabella Rossalini were a drink. Elegant and always intriguing.
