Bozal Mezcal Tobasiche

A balanced, Mezcal made with wild Tobasiche, an agave that takes 12 to 13 years to fully mature; on the steep hillsides of Oaxaca & Guerrero, Mexico. It has a rich birth with notes of quince, anise & agave; while an exotic life adds notes of herbaceous botanicals, agave & savory smoke; that led to a mild & balanced death with notes of cedar & rich earth minerality. i had this on a first date and im not a complete barbarian as to take notes during that, but from what i tasted i was thoroughly impressed. rich roasted green and yellow peppers, nopal, turning into smokey, earthy snd mineral rich. There is almost a grittiness from the minerality that made the mouth feel incredible. Really starting to love agave karwinskii

This is definitely one of my favourites. Made using one Agave (karwinskii) this Mezcal takes you at every sips through a journey of flavours. Is just a full body mezcal that is always enjoyable to drink
