Not too sweet, pretty good for an unpeated scotch. Nice that it’s 50% ABV.

Very subtle floral and sweet pear on the nose. Feels like a familiar Islay in its brininess but without the smoke. Dry. Just a little fruit and honey sweetness shining through. Give it some time in the glass and the malt notes start to show. Spice and brine hang around for the finish.
Light wood and barley aroma pretty faint. Sweet and rich flavor, cane sugar and vanilla, excellent creaminess to carry it. Could use a little more dimension but still quite good.
