Caravedo Pisco Mosto Verde

An intense, traditional Peruvian grape Brandy crafted with a blend of Quebranta, Torontel & Albilla grapes that have not completely fermented. It has an aromatic birth with notes of earthy, musty fruits, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds hints of citrus, melon, grape, apple & orange blossom; that led to a long & minerally death with hints of white vanilla, cinnamon & chocolate. You gotta love Pisco! If you don’t, that’s it. If you do, then this is a very good “acholado”, lightly aromatic, with hints of fruits, clean and warm, I wish it was more expressive on the rocks but, any topping can easily round it up.
