Nose: sweet agricul, citrus zest
Taste: fruity, creamy, zest
Finish: medium body, creamy mouth feel
There is no pepper, and all the flavor lay on the back of the tong. Very nice
Rich and sweet nose, with notes of vanilla icing, citrus, cake, agave and a hint of black pepper. Sweet, but thinner, on the palate with the same vanilla cake dominated profile, but with the agave and citrus showing through just a bit more. Not much of a finish. Ok.
Nose: Vanilla, some cooked agave, and baking spices
Palate: Very sweet initially. Some spice, little oak.
Finish: This is where the oak kicks in. Long, and sweet, with vanilla from the cooked agave.
This is a very good sipping tequila. Definitely worth the money. I'll have to try it in a cocktail as well.
Casa Noble anejo is one of my top choice tequilas for sipping. Aged for 2 years in lightly toasted French limousin oak it delivers delicious aromas of oak, vanilla, and toffee. The mouthfeel is extremely velvety and tannic. With flavors of oak, black pepper, vanilla, and hints of chocolate. Best served neat.
