Don Julio Blanco Tequila

Nose of vanilla, grapefruit, agave, lemon merengue pie and smoke. Smoky on the palate with black pepper, agave, vanilla and lemon. Lingering peppery finish.

Rich flavor. Smoky. About 25% of the way to a mezcal.

Aroma is mostly smoke and agave. Not a lot of sweetness. Alcohol burn is very mild and waits for the finish to appear. Flavors start off with more smoky agave then a little plastic before the alcohol takes over.
