Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon

Nose - Rich caramel - Chocolate - Dark chocolate - Oak Palate - Vanilla - Very Oak forward - A little sweet, maybe a hint of white chocolate Finish - lingering mild finish, not too hot. Especially for being 94 proof - Dry

Has a sweet nose full of caramel, vanilla, raisin and hints of apple. Subtle spice also present. Initial taste is fairly mellow and not super complex. Lots of vanilla and caramel on the palate that gives way to oak and pepper. Medium finish comprised of a bitter oak and nutty note.
