Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Surprenant… mais pas tant que ça, puisque Evan Williams demeure assurément ma distillerie américaine préférée. La logique se confirme ici : le Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond est meilleur que le Black Label, mais un peu moins intéressant que le 1783. Au nez, on retrouve surtout des notes de caramel. En bouche, des épices avec un côté pain aux bananes assez agréable. La finale est courte et sèche, mais avec un “burn” plutôt limité. Bouteille ouverte en 2025-12.

A touch better than black label. Comes in a totally reasonable price point. Definetely drinkable on a budget

One of THE best value buys on the market, cant beat it for $22! You get all the classic bourbon flavors (vanilla, caramel, orange peel and light baking spices) the finish is light with not much tannic on the back end.

Caramel, slight burn on finish. Very soft and sweet

Very surprised with this one for the price.
