Smells of toasted marshmallow and tastes of buttered corn with a light heat at the end. Not very complicated of a bourbon. We felt it was better without adding water

Hear me out and please don't hate. So obviously this hasn't got much going for it. That said I added a few drops of the Ezra 7 year and it was really enjoyable. Usually people add water to their bourbon this just needed more bourbon added to it. Its worth sacrificing 2 ounces of the 7 year to make the whole bottle worth drinking.
First 80% of flavor profile is awesome then it turns into willet pot still grossness. I don't know how the 7yo cask strength can be so amazing and this commit suicide at the end. Had such high hopes.
