Fable & Folly 14 Year Whiskey

Wow, what a difference at the end of the bottle. Still plenty of oak, but now the vanilla is very noticeable. More sweetness and milder tannins, less spice.

Nose: oak, vanilla and light scents of cherry Palate: the vanilla and butterscotch is very strong on the palate. Not super sweet and drinks a little hotter then its 45 abv. Finish: the rye spice kicks in and dry oak finishes things off. For me the butterscotchand vanilla flavors are from start to finish on this bourbon.
