Nose: Smoky oak Taste Oak, smoky, super dry fruit ( apricot, raspberry)super spicy Finsih: spicey cocoa . Rich stick to the tongue flavor. Overall: the cocoa and spiceness are very over powering in this bottle. Im just not a fan.

Surprising mint nose like Rare Breed. Smooth and easy rye with caramel and oak finish.

Nose: maple, floral notes, vanilla, cherry Taste: reflects the nose with citrus notes. A very well rounded and complex. One of my favorite shelfers

Probably one of the most complex flavor profiles that I’ve tasted. I’m not getting half of the notes that the professional reviewer did, but there’s a lot going on here. I like it a lot. Moderately smooth for having this much complexity.
