Based on the federal tax strip this was bottled sometime between 1945 and 1972. 1/10th pint bottle unopened until now. Smooth, spicy, slight burn at the end.
N - Vanilla, Honey and a little red fruits… sweet overall
P - medium mouthfeel with vanilla and honey continuing
F - short and harsh upfront, but makes way for a slightly sweet, li getting finish if you pay attention
Mild smoke and cloves come out before a spicy burn with tang. Sweet caramel and vanilla open the nose. Feels like you're suckling from a barrel out in the Tennessee woods on a full moon night.
