Reviewed November 18, 2014The oiliness presented itself first, but then the hint of sourness entered & filled my palate. There is a bouquet of floral & oak..., it presents itself as very "heady". This is my first sour mash & I believe it will be something that I will include in my cabinet...sour mashes that is... a very good first choice
