Much more sweet than savory. Not your London dry. Normally, I like to taste the juniper in my gin and tonic, with a bite. Now, I may not want to drink this every day, but it has a very unique quality. It blends in seamlessly with tonic water. I tried with several tonic waters now and it’s all the same effect, they go together perfectly. You don’t know where the gin starts and the tonic stops.
