Vegetal, peppery and hints of oak and white wine. A little bit sweet but balanced. A real smooth criminal.

Aromas of grapefruit peel, white pepper, subtle oak, cooked agave, and dried basil. Lightly oily, fairly silky mouthfeel. More grapefruit, oak, pepper, and dried basil on the palate, plus lime. A pretty mellow tequila overall, without tons of intensity on either the nose or palate – but with a very smooth, medium-length finish. 3.25/5.00 – Quite Good (neat)

A crisp Agave Spirit crafted by NOM 1122. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices, while a rich life led to a balanced death of medium length. May 2017
