Reviewed August 25, 2022The Good: The nose is bright with hints of green apple and undertones of cereal grains. The forward is a bit sweet... The Bad: ...the mid palate is light with a bit of bitterness and lacking quality sherry flavors. There's no real aged oak interest. The Average: The finish is thin without any real distinguishing character. Overall this is average to below average. -

Reviewed May 29, 2022Aromas gave me bright apples first. Then obvious oak and vanilla. I’m then cooked sweet apples. Flavor was similar. Apples and oak and vanilla. The heat holds off into the very short finish and is not overwhelming. Some cinnamon and other spices complement the apple that holds on from beginning to end. There is an aftertaste that is a little bit artificial and plastic.
