Lots of floral notes. On the nose and the palate. There’s lavender. Juniper. Rose. And a little soap. The aroma is slightly better than the taste but it’s still good.

Makes a fantastic Gin & Sin: 2.0 oz Gin 0.25 oz Fresh lemon juice 0.25 oz Orange Juice 0.25 oz (real) Grenadine Combine Gin, Lemon Juice and Orange Juice in shaker with cracked ice. Shake until well chilled. Pour over ice in old fashioned glass and drop the Grenadine to the bottom. Voila, beautiful sunrise. To allow this Gin to sing, I recommend a Gin Fizz: 2.00 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin 1.00 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 0.25 oz simple syrup 3-5 oz club soda Combine Gin, lemon and simple syrup in shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled and pour into hiball over ice. Top with club soda and give a gentle stir. Enjoy.
