A bit spicy with no distinctive flavours

Nose - Very herbal nose, sweet mint, clove, anise?, hint of cinnamon, honey, and what I imagine a barrel aged gin might smell like. Taste - Hits the tongue with a fruity/herbal/floral sweetness, wildflower honey, faint cinnamon spice, rye bread sweetness, sweet mint, light bittersweet peaches/nectarines/apricots. Finish - Faint lingering cinnamon spice, honey sweetness that sadly turns into a sort of artificial splenda-like sweetness with a continuation of the lightly bitter peach pit with a lingering floral honey. 90/100
