Reviewed April 19, 2021 (edited December 29, 2021)Nose is vanilla, green apple tart, sawdust, black pepper. Taste is caramel, tart green apple, a little citrus, slight chalky mouthfeel, oak and almost a hint of brine. Tart apple lingers on the palate but not for very long. -

Reviewed April 3, 2021 (edited April 22, 2021)Quick Taste: A bit hot on the nose, tingling from the ethanol. Rye bread, caraway seed, mint, banana laughy taffy. It isn’t the most rye rye, but I like it. B+39.95 USD per Bottle
