Jack Daniel's Triple Mash

Caramel color. On the nose I get cinnamon and vanilla, banana taffy, cola and a fainter note of root beer. On the palate, banana nut bread, brown sugar, cigar ash, cinnamon toothpicks, white pepper, and a hint of sea salt. More banana nut bread on the finish, along with some salted caramel, cinnamon toothpicks and young oak.

Highly enjoyable. Definition banana note but not off puttingly sweet. Nice sipper that you can access at any stage of a tasting night as it does not drink thin and brings a nice measure of complexity at the price point.

Smooth, no burn. Leather, light floral notes

It took me a while to find a bottle of this and it is well worth the hunt. On the nose I get a lot of really ripe bananas and pancakes. The flavor is surprising with spice cake, honey, more bananas, and a roasted nut finish. Overall, I'm really liking this one. Hopefully I can pick up another bottle before it sells out.

Drinking this and I’m craving some cinnamon rolls or pancakes.
