Reviewed February 2, 2023 (edited January 28, 2024)Nosing brings hints of vanilla and fruit, but ethanol hides most flavor. Vanilla explodes on the palate with a subtle warmth and hint of woodiness. Toffee and caramel are evident while sipping and you are left with a sweet warmth that sticks around for only a little while. Easy to drink for its elevated proof and great for any wheat whiskey or Wheated bourbon fans.59.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 12, 2023 (edited July 19, 2023)Who would have thought that a 100% wheat whiskey would taste so good? This is like fresh baked and buttered whole wheat bread in a glass. Exceptionally smooth and flavorful with notes of pecans, red apple, cinnamon roll, toffee and butterscotch, the flavors are all self assured and work cohesively. A genuine treat and one that we could enjoy on a regular basis. -

Reviewed January 6, 2023Nice, boozy wheater here...so let's break it down. Nose is a bit heavy on the ethanol, but otherwise generally sweet with loads of caramel that isn't opened much with water, but a bit of simple glass time seemed to make it sing a bit more. Not particularly complex, but pleasant. Flavor is what one would expect from a wheated whiskey...hints of toffee, caramel, some vanilla...slight note of butterscotch, and with the ABV, there's definitely some burn here, but nothing over the top. A bit of earthiness which feels a bit odd, but I think adds to the complexity/enjoyment of this pour. Price and availability make this a solid dram!55.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 2, 2023Surprisingly smooth for the high proof. As one might expect from a wheat whiskey, it comes across as very sweet. Immediately tasting caramel and toffee. Light on the palate with just an average finish. The high proof gives a pleasant KY hug. Wish the finish could be a bit longer, but certainly a wheat whiskey done properly. If you enjoy bourbons like Weller, Maker’s, or Larceny I highly recommend trying to find a bottle.80.0 USD per Bottle
