Kamet Single Malt Whisky

Raisin, oak, and vanilla nose. Spicy, dried fruit, and oak. Tastes like an unpeated scotch with spicy finish.

Got this in a flaviar advent calendar. Needless to say I have been highly dissapointed in all of the choices so far. Wouldn’t waste mg money on it

A mix between a jolly rancher, green grape juice, and nail polish. A decent start for a young Indian distillery.

N - Fresh, perfume, lot like green grapes. T - tastes like alcoholic grape juice. Super short finish. Not my style.

Green aroma, musty and mossy. Heavy bite and alcohol burn, floral and spice. More young wood, cinnamon tail. Interesting blend of flavors, not a fan of the young. Bitter dark chocolate tail, interesting. Points for originality!

Toffee and burnt sugar, with a strange savoriness to the nose and the finish.

I was gifted this bottle from sweet Prentiss & Meg after becoming double board certified! Exciting since I haven’t had much from India!Tried neat. On the nares it’s almost tart with notes of malt, apple, cherry, chalk, sherry, honey. On the palate I get notes of leather, wood, grain, and slight peaty. It’s somewhat earthy. Slightly bitter finish.
