Knob Creek 18 Year Bourbon 30th Anniversary (2022 Release)

Thanks @twostal ! Caramel, apple, lemon merengue pie, toasted grain, and oak nose. On the palate lots of charred oak, with caramel, cherry apple and ash. Short finish.

Strong oak, vanilla, butterscotch, some marshmellow. Slight bitter finish can't entirely identify.

Strong aged oak, butterscotch, marshmallow, vanilla, some mint. This is rich, complex and incredibly smooth.

I was gifted this bottle by lovely friends that are getting married. They have asked me to officiate their wedding. Proud to do just that. Aroma is coconut, oak, brown sugar and butterscotch. Flavor has all of these, plus a hint of mint and some Rye spice. Peppery on the finish. Lingering finish is spice, oak and vanilla. Initial thought is that I wish it was a touch more oily. Chocolate notes in the finish as well. Maybe cocoa is more accurate.
