Koval Single Barrel Bourbon

Sweet. Got old school baseball pack bubble gum for a second which for me was good. Not bad, would try again.

Super interesting single barrel bourbon. Millet as the 2nd grain does some cool stuff in this. A ton of herbal and citrus notes with a mild honey instead of the typical heavy woody/vanilla notes from most standard bourbon.

Lightly sweetened caramel and apricot. Heat burns away fairly quick. Sweetness fades into a long tobacco finish

Tangi, sweet, mild

Fairly tasty whiskey. Relatively smooth on the palate despite the abv. Slightly woody finish, bit strange actually.
