Lamas Nimbus

Gold color with intense shine, without dye and without cold filtration. Seeking to nationalize the effect of peat in conventional peated whiskeys, Lamas subjected the malt to an innovative smoking process, where reforestation wood transfers the characteristics of smoky aroma and flavor to the grains in a striking way. Nimbus (from the Latin, “cloud”) is a different, smoky whiskey. It presents a smooth and slightly sweet start on the palate, with a hint of smoke, which evolves into drier intermediate layers, providing an unprecedented experience that, invariably, invites another dose. No aroma, perfil turfado em primeiro plano, amadeirado bem presente, baunilha bem no secundário. No sabor, além do turfado muito proeminente, temos também um apimentado fortíssimo. Seguido de notas carameladas. Finaliza bastante alcoólico, e um tanto quanto desequilibrado. Custo-benefício baixo.
