A good one, if you’re lucky enough to stumble upon it. Larceny BP is shaping up to be a great high proof wheater and I’m really enjoying the bottle I have. I think it’s only going to get harder to get but it is a good drink.

Nose is immediately old leather, followed by light apple and smoke. Palate starts spicy and slightly fruity changing to intense cocoa powder and slight smoke. Not a long finish. This one benefits from some ice, cutting the bitterness of the cocoa powder. The heat lingers in the chest
Aroma is leathery and oaky dry and spicy rustic with a big fruity kicker that picks up a light farmy quality as it opens; Palate looses some of the oak and the sweet notes, especially the cocoa, kick up giving impressions of chocolate-covered cherries and oranges amongst the nuts, oak and spice; Finish fades sweetly and pleasantly but all too quickly.
Potent flavor. Once I mellowed in to this one it was erupting with flavor. Each sip reveals something new. Exceptional heat married with a smooth finish. If you don’t like it I’ll buy it off you.

Nose: just straight sweet vanilla, cherries, mild leather
Palate: sweet bomb to the dome with caramel, vanilla, and cherries in a smooth symphony. Can feel the proof in a perfect way. This is worth the hunt and hype
