Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

The nose is very sweet and classic bourbon, hints of fruit. Thick, sweet, and spicy. Loads of banana, nuts, light tropical fruits, vanilla and rum. The finish is long, warm, and spicy. From start to finish it is quite smooth.

Barrel # 6678602 sweet corn, followed by strong cinnimaldehyde, hints of vanillin, pecan, earthy

nose is sweet and fruity (plum, grape), toast. Body is very sweet, dark and a bit oaky, almost a rum-like palatte. Heavy, rich, and oily. Finish is much more oaky with baking spices, and a hint of dark fruit. Not crazy complex, but very enjoyable and great for sipping.

Wow, at this price point, can't go wrong with this one. Banana bread, toffee, and butterscotch on nose. Adding to these, sweet caramel and rich spiced finish on the palate. Awesome bang for the buck wheated (20%) bourbon. Yummy.
