Little Book Chapter 4: Lessons Honored

This my first little book. Definitely a different thing than regular Bookers. I saw a few other reviews mention fresh cut grass on the nose, I get that, along with a molasses hint. The taste is definitely complex, brown sugar, some caramel, something I can’t quite place also, maybe along the lines of a small hint of lemongrass. Mouthfeel is great and the finish goes on and on.

Sweet and full bodied. Slight caramel flavor backed with a pepper finish. Really enjoyable and smooth

This is a phenomenal pour. Beautiful color and presentation, sweet vanilla nose and brown sugar on the tongue, strong finish. Up there with my all time favorites, a Christmas gift from my Dad- going to nurse the rest of this bottle until I can find a replacement.

👀 Amber 🤥 Fresh Cut Grass, Lemongrass Tea, Fresh cooked rice. 👅Tart Dried Cherry, Black pepper, French Vanilla ice cream, Reeses CINNABOMB Peanut butter cup. :) 🧠Goes on for days!!! Using rice as a grain really gives this a distinct finish. The Mild dryness and spice finally really has you going back for more. 🏅 This has to be by far my favorite products released by Beam.
