Review #318 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Medium amber. Nose: Maple, vanilla, fruit. Palate: Cinnamon, clove, cherry. Finish: Long length with lots of heat. Splash: Notes of black pepper and oak appear. Overall: 9/10 - This is a wonderful pour from beginning to end. I had previously tried it in a bar on the Vegas strip, and it’s even better at home with the time to enjoy it. The maple in the nose and the cherry in the palate, combined with the long finish are all fantastic.

Tastes kind of like what it is. An oaky older bourbon mixed with a young sweet one. Not sure the two combine to form more than the sum of their parts however.
