Blue Swift has a deep chestnut appearance, a somewhat watery consistency, and uniform alcohol legs. The aroma is of wax, pepper, nougat, lemon, a toasted oak. The flavor is of those element, with the mentholated aspects coming to the fore. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Blue Swift finishes moderate. RJT
